Crepe Bow you can make.

A crepe bow is easy to make and looks nice hanging on a wall, corners of a table, a door, or as part of a center-piece. You will find many decorative uses for these easy to make bows.

Materials
Four strands of crep ribbon, about five feet in length
One piece of curling ribbon about six inches long

Instructions
Put the four strands of crepe ribbon together, with the ends even, and double them over in a U shape.

Pull the center of the U down about 4 inches between the doubled over strands and tie with the curling ribbon, just above the bottom of the U, as in the illustration below.

Crepe bow step 1

Pull the tie snug enough the U will not slip out, and curl the tie ribbon. Cut the ends of the crepe ribbon at an angle.

crepe bow step 2

Put your finger inside the top of each loop of ribbon and slide out the individual loops. Use your thumb and second finger to pinch loop at the bottom while you give it a 1/4 twist. Twisting will keep the loop from sliding back inside. Continue separating each of the loops, alternating the colors. Insert two fingers inside each loop and spread them apart all the way down to the base to fluff and smooth each loop.

Pin bows to the corner of your table cloth, on your curtains or place in the middle of a balloon cluster. Drape one or two of the tails around balloons and let the rest hang below.
